FITCULTURE

About

We count grams, not calories.

Fit Culture is a high-protein smoothie, bowl and juice brand from Bored Kitchen Concepts, made at 43 Cricket Ave in Ardmore.

There are four salad places within a half mile of our door and every one of them is good at what it does. There is nobody publishing a protein number, nobody selling a 24 oz shake, and nobody delivering a bowl after six-thirty. That's the business.

So we print the grams. On the menu, on the cup, on the app tile. If an item has 32 grams of protein, it says 32. If it has nine, it says nine and we don't hide it behind a word like "nourishing."

We don't use the words guilt-free, skinny, detox or cheat day. Food you earned isn't something to apologize for.

The fine print, unhidden

  • Where's the juice from?

Our cold-pressed juice is pressed by a partner producer and delivered cold — never from concentrate, never reconstituted. The smoothies, bowls and food are made in our kitchen on Cricket Ave.

  • Why is the app more expensive?

Delivery platforms take a commission on every order. Rather than pretend that's free, we price the apps about 18% higher and keep this site at the real price.

  • Who actually makes this?

Fit Culture is one of the brands of Bored Kitchen Concepts, an Ardmore restaurant group that also runs Bored Trading Cafe, Jefe Jose's Kitchen and Otherside — all out of 43 Cricket Ave. Same kitchen, same people, same address. We'd rather tell you than have you find out at checkout.
